What's in a Quarter? 

What is in a Standard Quarter at Sweetwater Farm Grass Fed Beef?
​

A   whole steer will weigh around 1200 pounds live weight. So, a Quarter will weigh about 300 pounds live weight. This will finish out at approximately 125 lbs of useable beef.
 
 In a Standard Quarter, you will get approximately:
 
6  T-Bone steaks cut at ¾” thick
6   Ribeye Steaks cut at ¾” thick
3    Sirloin Steaks
4   Round Steaks
​3 chuck Roasts
Sirloin Tip Roast
Rump Roast
Pikes Peak Roast
2   Arm Roasts
1/4   of a whole Brisket
3 Packages Stew Meat
2 packages Short Ribs
Neck Bones
Fat or Bones (ask for these)
30-35 lbs Ground Beef in 1 pound packages.
